Ingrediente:

2 1/2 cani faina

1 cana zahar brun

3/4 cana unt (cam 190 g)

1/4 cana melasa

1 lingurita bicarbonat sodiu

1 ou

1 lingurita ghimbir macinat

1 lingurita scortisoara macinata

1/2 lingurita cuisoare macinate

1/2 cana zahar

Mod de preparare:

Se amesteca jumatate din faina cu zaharul brun, untul, melasa, oul, bicarbonatul de sodiu, ghimbirul, scortisoara si cuisoarele. Se amesteca apoi, treptat, cu restul de faina. Se formeaza bilute de coca de 2 1/2 cm. e dau bilutele prin zahar. Se pun in tava tapetata cu hartie de copt, la distanta de 5 cm (intra cam 20 bucati intr- tava). Se coc 8-10 minute, la 190 grade (pana se desprind marginile si se crapa deasupra).
