Ingrediente si mod de preparare:

Se pregatesc gogosile si crema la fel ca la ecleruri. Singura diferenta este ca gogosile trebuie spritate cu o forma mica, inainte de coacere sa fie cam cat o visina.

Se servesc 5-6 gogosele, cu 3 cupe de inghetate de vanilie si aveline de frisca, iar deasupra de decoreaza cu sos de ciocolata. Mie nu mi-a mai ramas de la ecleruri, asa ca am folosit sos cumparat.
