Prajitura cu cirese / visine

Ingrediente:

6 oua

6 linguri zahar pudra

6 linguri ulei

12 linguri faina

6 linguri lapte

2 pliculete zahar vanilat

1 pliculet praf de copt

500 g cirese / visine

Mod de preparare:

Se freaca galbenusurile cu zaharul, se adauga incet uleiul, frecand in cominuare, pana se termina. Se amesteca praful de copt cu faina si se cerne. Faina si laptele se adauga intercalat la compozitie, iar la sfarsit, 1 pliculet zahar vanilat si albusurile batute spuma. Se toarna intr-o tava unsa cu unt si presarata cu faina. Deasupra se presara visinele / ciresele fara samburi. Se coace la foc potrivit 30 – 35 minute. Se lasa sa se raceasca si se presara 1 pliculet zahar vanilat, aoi se portioneaza in patratele.
