Ingrediente:

3 oua

200 ml lapte

2 pliculete zahar vanilat

un praf de sare

faina cat sa devina compozitia putin mai subtire ca smantana

gem de capsune, gutui sau visine

zahar pudra

Mod de preparare:

Se bat ouale cu sarea si zaharul. Se adauga laptele si apoi faina, in ploaie, ca sa nu se faca cocoloase. Se coc foile de clatite intr-o tigaie unsa cu putin ulei. Se umplu cu gem si se servesc pudrate cu zahar.
