O modalitate simpla si rapida de a transforma fructele proaspete intr-un desert savuros!Brown Sugar Fruit Dip

Ingrediente:

1/2 cana zahar brun

225 g crema de branzaBrown Sugar Fruit Dip

1 cana smantana dulce (~ 200 ml)

1 lingurita vanilie

1/3 cana lichior cafea (optional)

zahar brun pentru decor

fructe asortate (ananas, struguri, capsune, portocale)

Mod de preparare:

Se bate zaharul cu crema de branza. Se adauga smantana, vanilia si lichiorul. Se bat bine ingredientele pana ce se leaga si se mai intareste crema. Se da la rece 3-4 ore. Se presara zahar brun inainte de a fi consumata. Se serveste cu fructe.
